Just to clarify things: liability is limited for members (as in most corporate
forms) NOT for the association (Verein) itself.

I agree. For a while I preferred the "cooperative" form, but after a more
carefull checking I realised that the Civil Code Assocaition (Verein, auf
Deutsch) was a good idea. But I'm not that neutral here.... ;-)

Amadeu, who always advocated Swiss law as the applicable law to CORE
association, and Geneva as the location of its Permanent Secretariat (even
against Bercelona!)
