  And this is a huge problem, both for the members and anyone with
a legal grevance against the Corperate Forms.  It does not provide a
avenue for setteling adaquately legal disputes that may occur.

  I certianly am not.  As I am sure in the future many others
will not be either, once this becomes better known and understood.
