Whether the MOUvement incorporates in Switzerland or Albania 
*shouldn't* really matter to anyone.

It DOES matter because of the MOUvement's continuing claims to 
existing properties like .com, and continuing claims to global
dominion over all so-called gTLDs under root.

Stop trying to confisciate properties that don't belong to you,
stop trying to force your vision of Internet Governance on the
rest of the world, and you can incorporate any place you like.
