 Looks like the White House is
 utterly asleep on this issue.
 And you may have hit on some-
 thing there about appealing to
 Bill. Gates that is. Seems like
 a few lines of code is all it
 would take in IE5/Windows 99
 to eliminate CORE, IANA, ISOC,
 IETF and all the other nasty
 obstructions to Namespace and
 Internet Liberty. A few lines
 of code... How bout it Billy?
