there would be inaf us registrars who would register under .com
if com would becom a part of gtld competence/tition

the american .com registrars are under american jurisdiction
is this so dificult to understand
the core is not making registration
the registrars are doing this
so you have to sue your registrar and not the core
so chose a registrar under your countrys jurisdiction :-)
the swisse/geneva is a very good place becouse there you have
the world intelectual property organisation and the international trade
mark asociation both and maybe only organisations who may deal with the
global juridical aspects/nature of the internet
we are in process to create a global juridical system and you are
in process to go back to the old national concepts
what you think is the better way to go for the internet ?
thanks
