 American and Canadian problems will
 be ignored in far away Switzerland
 to an even greater degree than now
 with Internic here in North America.
 My clients have experienced numerous
 problems with Internic/NSI that have
 dragged out for months with faxes and
 phone calls and letters. Lock up the
 Namespace in Swiss courts and that
 becomes years. Functionally there
 will be no recourse, no appeal and
 no regulation over all those businesses
 hiding behind CORE. This is utterly
 unacceptable and the United States
 and other governments should deep
 six this proposal as fast as possible.
