sorry, that's not what you've been doing Jim.  sorry you missed the real
nature of what you HAVE been doing.

What an interesting view.  Pity no one thought to ask that when
jurisdiction moved from California to Virginia.  Personally I do not think
highly of Virginia law and consider the California courts to be far better.

Feel free to extrapolate the example.

The basis for choosing Switzerland has been repeatedly and at length.  If
you have a serious and responsible argument against the choice, feel free
to offer a serious and responsible proposal.  Absent either the serious
criticism or the serious counter-proposal, people might be left with no
choice but to think that you are engaging in wasteful carping.
