In one case the decision would be to move the .com registry from the West
Coast to the East Coast, to a location much closer to the demographic
center of the US.  Within the United States there is a more or less 
uniform legal system; the cost and difficulty of using that system would
not change much for the average .com registrant; on average the change 
would likely be something of an improvement.  (In my experience the
US legal system is noticeably more rational on the East Coast than the
West Coast.)

In the other case the change is huge for the 97% or so US .com registrants.
Only the 0.1%, if that, of .com registrants who are in Switzerland might
be said to benefit.

Notice that Dave simply ignores the question and drops back into his 
usual personal attack mode.

Over the months and months of gTLD MOU debates, how many discussions have
gone just like this?   Reasonable question, personal attack.  Reasonable
observation, personal attack.  Reasonable question, ....
