If anyone wonders why I get so testy with you, here is yet another example
of the reason:
I have now checked with a knowledgeable attorney who asserts quite simply
and directly that your above statement is incorrect, Jim.
The number of time you make claims or raise concerns that prove unwarranted
or just plain wrong really is getting quite impressive. Keep up the good
work.
