No, Jim.  It had nothing to do with demographics.  They wanted the staff to
get better access to better quality crabcakes and oysters.

In other words, please stop including irrelevant items.  "Irrelevant" is
defined as having nothing to do with the decision or even with its impact.

Well, with your continuing demonstration of expertise about important legal
issues, I hope you won't be surprised if I note that you are once again
offering a statement of fact which is so riddled with exceptions and
variations as to be effectively wrong.  And I say that based on enough
personal experience in California, Texas, Delaware and D.C. as to suspect
that an honest to goodness legal professional might have trouble staying in
their seat from laughing so hard at the silliness of your assertion.

My, but you do have trouble reading things correctly, sometimes Jim.  I did
not ignore your question.  I said it had been answered previous, repeatedly
and fully.

Try doing some research before raising yet another bogus line of attack, Jim.
