for my self i have no big problem to understand them and agree with them 

would you please give us a potential case where the core may be sued ?

becouse "every" one on the list want to sue core :-)

or should they give us a reason why they want to sue core :-)

yes  the "only" international tool we have for dispute solving on 
international level may be the wipo and the inta working together with
national countries

really  is this so hard to understand boys ??
if you understand it than maybe you would accept it and than we can
move on to more importend isues
