Heather, I guess there remains some unusual confusion here.

It escapes me how a consultation that I inititiated and then reported
results in any obligation to put you in contact with my consultant.  The
best I can guess is that because you asked I am required to take the
specific action you requested.  

I'm not.  I did, however, take the closest action I felt appropriate.  I'm
sorry you find it inadequate.  Feel free to find your own consultant.

Relative to my being obligated to follow your "directions" this is irrelevant.

Facinating basis for calling someone a liar.

Creates a really excellent incentive for being willing to take other
initiatives trying to be helpful and clarify the confusion introduced by
other participants.
