So CORE screwing 70-80% is Okay? Get real!

So... 70%, eh? And then you have
to add in the traditional 10% more
 for Canadian .COM/.NET/.ORG domain
holders. So you propose CORE screws
 80% of Internic's clientelle as a
 viable solution? That is absurd.

There is no way I am in any way
prepared to deal with a Swiss head
 office when the current Virginia
model takes months to settle the
 smallest DNS problem. No matter
what you or anyone else may say
 the so-called legacy domains stay
put here in North America. Fucking
 period, fucking end of discussion.

If CORE or any other group wants
to offer their own wacky handful
of Domain Name solutions fine. If
 CORE seeks to re-monopolize the
 Namespace by absconding with .COM
and everything else I predict the
only thing left of CORE x weeks
from now will be a virtual smoking
crater. All this lunatic talk from
 Crocker about POC/CORE regulating
all new and existing Top Level Domains
must immediately cease if the businesses
that invested in CORE are not to lose
their shirts entirely. If the Crocker
path continues to be followed I believe
the gravest of consequences must fall
from the USG heavans to smoteth CORE
 down to sizeth.

My best advice to the score of CORE
 businesses - including those six
registrars in Canada - is to terminate
Crocker and his ilk as spokespeople
 and representatives ASAP. Because what
they are proposing is a monopoly that
will be smashed into a million bits
by US and other anti-trust laws not
 to mention government policy that
 PROMOTES not oppresses free competition.
If you people *ever* want to see your
$10,000 again silence Dave and his
 hapless, reckless band of zealots.
And install people who are able and
willing to deal with the idea of
 free competition, open negotiations
 and consensus building.
