I agree compleatly. But the MoU doesn't spicificaly address this
issue
nor does the CORE-MoU. Small wonder however, in that there seems to be
concerted effort to gloss over some spicific issues, and this is only
one
ot them. I can only immagine what the reasons fro glossing over some
of these issues are. I shall let everyone make that dicision for
themselves.

It appears that Dave Crocker would sooner pass this one over I fear.

To incompass a more truely international "Flavor" if you
will, to the Domain structure and policy issues. I believe
this is a good idea.
