mr.dixon i am unfortunately dont represent the isoc but some people who
reedeing this list do and i hope that they would get this chance to
establish some fine contacts with you and the euroispa and work in
many fields together
speack horend sums wich hase to be payed to telcos hier in europe and also
some where else are a problem for you us as user but also for the isoc
and with your representation and competence and isocs diplomatic contacts
i hope the telcos could become a VERY good partner to all of us-is at
least what the internet is about = COOPERATION -the only thing wich is
by itself based on cooperation on this earth :-)

i have some brain problems becouse sleeping to less and working to long :-)
and i was wishing that you also try to contribute in postive way
something wich can bring us forward and so to minimize our work
