Great rhetoric, but you must be responding to someone else.
I suggested that the new global private-sector industry administrative
organization develop guidelines and codes of good practice that are
applicable to all TLD administrative activities equally, and that
this is feasible because these are private networks. It's also
worth noting that with the emerging practice of nTLD administrators
leasing or delegating their authority to others for gTLD purposes,
the distinctions are increasingly blurred. The subject was discussed
at the recent Prince Internet Executive Summit conference, and will
certainly be factored into the Green Paper proceeding.

I'm sure your skilled analysis, wisdom, and years of experience are
appreciated.
