February 17, 1998: The deadline for submission of comments to the 
Request for Comments (RFC) Notice-98-01, "Proposed Trademark Dispute
Resolution: [Third Revised] Draft Substantive Guidelines for 
Administrative Domain Name Challenge Panels" has been extended from
