  Nice piece of editing of Tony's remarks and comment.  Very creative of you
Dave.  But this is par usual Dave Crocker.  Be that as it may, however, your
response is again not exactly approiate with respect to Tony's comments, if
you read them very carefully.  Tony DID NOT mention in any way
Swiss law or protection under Swiss law, and unlike the MoU, which is
attempting to hid behind a Swiss corprate legal barrier, the GP does not
perpose this.  But is attempting to provide some protection on libilities, of
a much less perportion than the MoU seeks undes Swiss law.
