  I never used the term "Ethnocentric".  So you should learn to follow this thread

bit better, if I might suggest.  And no, I am certainly not specialized in other
countries legal systems.  I am familiar with the Swiss and other European legal
systems along with the US and international law.  That is all I can make any claim
to honestly.  So I do believe that these are the areas an countries to which there
seems to be some dispute regarding legal specifics of this thread.

  I point it out quite clearly in my previous post to this thread.  So re-read
that (See above).  It is of course stated in general terms.  However, it has been
noted several times in the past (About 5-6 months ago) form others as well.
