This is very true. It is a shame that the MoU does not follow this principal

as Dave point out very well. Instead the MoU and it's leadership seeks
to exclude the stake holders with very restrictive requirements. This has been

pointed out by many ans is readily apparent in it extreme lack of support
from within the internet community and not possessing any thin close to
a consensus within the Internet community or from the stake holders.

I have no objection to MoU being part of the process. Just not a central
controlling body.

This applies to those that would attempt to use a ethnocentric attitude to
the GP as well as do many of the leadership of the MoU. This is indeed
unfortunate indeed. They are certainly welcome to participate and post
a response to the current GP draft. So to paraphrase a old saying,
"The bogy man commith, and he is us."

If Bob was so stellar, how come the MoU has so little support form the
internet
community, and the stake holders? This is a question that will remain
unanswered
by the leadership of the MoU/PAB/POC/CORE.
