Indeed, and my reaction was to having an individual seek listing, when I
had thought the rule for inclusion was different.  So the result of this
curious exchange is to suggest that the rules for being listed be quite
clear and consistent and, of course, consistently applied.  Overall, that
seems like a productive result.

Let me suggest that that is only partially true.  Personally, I wish it
were true entirely, but the fact is that organizations have their own
dynamic, beyond the sum of their constituent individuals.  

Hence, getting an organization of any size to be willing to sign a thing
like the gTLD MoU is decidedly different -- and more difficult -- from what
it takes for an individual to sign.
