The prolem is not the Green Paper the problem is that the gtld-mou is an
injust system since it doesnt defend everybody rights.

Thats why gtld-mou is so weak, if you develop a just goberment not any
green paper can destroy it.

So please dont waste your time with weak systems and begin discusion about
the general interest of the Internet comunity.
