  Sal, this is percisely at the hart of the problem with the gTLD-MoU.  It
leadership
has been plleded with to change this.  They have steadfastly refused or are
dragging their feet very slowly.  Hence it's demise.

  Very true.  But the leadership yet again would attempt to use what they
have done with the gTLD-MoU to obviscate the GP in any and every manner
they can think of.  This seems to be their intent presently.
