  The easy answer is that you would not have a gTLD-MoU list at all.
That is because it is primarily those whom support the MoU that have
"Wrecked" this list, (your term not mine).

  You can easily learn by asking questions and proposing suggestions to
improve the gTLD-MoU.  I doubt that that would be useful at this
point however in that the MoU is dead anyway.

  I would also add that many of us that originally supported the IAHC process
early on are now those that do not support the MoU.  I have now idea how
long you have been monitoring this list or participated in the discussions.  It
might be helpful to you to do a very in depth review of the IAHC-Discuss
E-mail list archives for some good background however.

  Well this is of course an option.  The question would remain and than be ask,
if this was really an open process, yet again?  The obvious answer is NO of
course.
