This is not about disagreeing, Jim, and you know it.  

It is about efforts to disrupt and distract from having any meaningful
discussion.  It is about constantly rehashing complaints rather than being
will to work on meaningful enhancements.  It is about people dictating the
One True Way and not accepting the fact that a substantial collection of
other people happen to have chosen a Different Way.

If you have any serious interest in determining who gets most upset with
having people disagree with them, Jim, look very carefully at the style of
language used by various contributors and at who initiates attacks.
