Re: anti-mou people



Robert,

I don't think it's useful to ban people without process.  It's not fair,
and it will give the "closed process" theorists a dumb propaganda boost.

The ORSC rules are quite good, as Dave says.  It will require, of course,
that someone actively manages the list.
