I can't of course speak for Jay, but I can speak for our observations over
more than two years now.

What we have seen is that a constant point and counter point has been
exchanged between you and Jay and a few others rather regularly. Why?
we do not know or care. What we do care about is honesty and forthright
admission that the IAHC/MoU process has not been as open as you and most of
the leadership would have many believe. Jay, is one person that has made
this FACT quite evident. For that reason alone, I commend Jay. Good
observation Jay and keep up the good work!

Our observation would be completely opposite of this contention. I would
invite all on this list to review that archives of the IAHC-Discuss list (Those
that still remain intact), the gTLD-Discuss list (Again that that remains
intact), and the Domain-Policy list for further evidence to the contrary of
what Dave Crocker and other folks of the leadership of the MoU contend.

Maybe Jay won't take up this offer, but I will. Please advise.

This request is not relevant and is a misleading request. We would counter
with:

Please provide us all with evidence that you do not beat your wife, children or
Dog.

This is not really relevant either as it applies to the IAHC/MoU proposal as
Jay is not a signatory and is not involved with the MoU process directly.

FIrst I doubt that Jay's company is in the same game as the MoU. But that is
for Jay to determine.

Yes the MoU funding is indeed yet another travesty. One member of CORE
has already left. How many more are to follow? Weather those that still
exist know it or not they were ripped off.
