  Essentially  we agree with this statement.  Whom or what entity wishes to
host such a forum is really of not real consequence as long as it is an OPEN
and inclusive forum.

  Exactly!  And what we have been proposing from the beginning.  It appears
that there is already posturing going on here that is counterproductive to
achieving these goals, especially #2.  We must all look upon this process
as something that is to benefit ALL of the internet community and be inclusive
of all its Stakeholders and the Internet User community.  It is this that the
WP and the GP called for and mandates.  Anything short of this will
be doomed to failure in the long haul.

  Everyone, we can make this hard or we can make this much simpler, the
choice is ours to make.

  And if we don't, the USG will not turn over that authority.  That is the

  Of course not.  We have never said otherwise nor proposed otherwise, and never
