GAIW is a NSI/CIX/IBM sponsored try to get as much a sposible from the 7
"internet stackholders" seats where under internet stakeholder they
understand vuew befriendet companys

the names tony rutkovsky are always chosing for his actions are by its own
showing that this people can not be taken really serious

"internet constitutional convention" ?

vuew years/monts/weeks ago NSI hase refused to cooperate and share with
anybody else-and was so the major source for the "crisis" we have today !
and now they and mr.rutkovsky who was the ceo of the ISOC and now trys to
take "revanche" are claiming that they are the "comon ground on
wich internet community should build their consensus" ?????

are you serious ??

sorry this NSI/rutkowski GAIW conference can be good to identify some of
internet stakeholders wich are "cleser" to them but NEVER to identify
ALL interner stakeholders

to do this they have to have a much greater knowledge about the
internet-internet is not "amerika only" :-) wich they dont have

they have a limited understanding how big the internet really is

it is bigger than vuew amerikan companys .. thats for shure !!

it is in my vuew only the IANA wich is able to identify and recognize
global internet stakeholder community in a profesional way

i hope that ISOC will make shure that not a vuew american
companys can claim that they are "representing" the "wholle" internet

i am a individual internet stakeholder and dont feel
my self and the wholle internet in any way
represented by this GAIW/NSI/rutkovsky thing

and be shure i am not allone :-)

thank you
sascha

ps.if they gone to the IANA and sayed IANA we want to help you
   organizing/sponsoring a interim/global conference with all other
major organisations equally involved like ISOC etc..

than this i would consider a right move

but in this way they are doing now....

...it is not the internet way !
