Thank you Kent for asking and your
ideas are much valued Chris. Until
now we havn't thought of a policy
on this matter. We considered a minor
fee but it just wasn't worth the
 trouble. We hope the generousity
of the community will help us through
any difficulties. So far so good!

One of the reasons I sent out the
information about FCN was to elicit
just such input. I would be honoured
if both Chris Ambler and Kent Crispin
would consider being on an advisory
board for FCN. Both of you fellows
would assist us greatly in setting
policy and dealing with the problems
 an independant, no profit registrar
 and registry will surely encounter.
