Day One *******************************************
INTRODUCTIONS - Chair (9:00-9:30 am) introduces self, organizers
and various attendees.
POTENTIAL MODELS FOR IANA - (9:30-10:30 am)
- Allow briefs to be submitted and short descriptions presented.
STRETCH THE LEGS BREAK
OPEN DISCUSSION - (10:30-12:00 am)
- Determining which models for IANA are obviously unworkable and
which demnand further definition or discussion. Also pinpoint
issues of concern which may be unaddressed by any model but
should be included in the process.
LUNCH (12:00-1:30 pm)
- Buffet working social
FORMATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF WORKING GROUPS (1:30-6:00 pm)
- develop the various models presented
- target specific problems or concerns of various interests.
- plan further meetings and procedural issues
DINNER (6:00-8:00 pm)
INFORMAL GENERAL BOF (8:00-11:00 pm)

EARLY BIRD BREAKFAST (6:00-8:00 am)
WORKING GROUPS (8:00-10:00 am)
- prepare presentations on the various models discussed
- define specific problems or concerns of various interests
that remain unresolved.

CONSENSUS DISCUSSION - (1:30-3:30 pm)
- Determining which models for IANA warrent further work and
which issues remain contentious requiring more dedicated focus
and perhaps conflict resolution procedures.
STRETCH THE LEGS BREAK
NEXT STEPS - (3:30-4:45 pm)
- Conclude conference with a summary of successes and items
still to be discussed. Map out further meetings, announce
mailing list focus groups and potential. Various speakers
CONCLUSION - (4:45-5:00 pm)
- Chair closes meeting.
