As far as I can see, the GTLD-MOU issues have been overtaken by
events surrounding ICANN. See www.icann.org if you don't understand.

I'd still like to hear from someone in the GTLD organisation regarding how
they see things happening now. From my reading of things, I'd say
the probability of seeing any new TLDs before the end of the year
are about 0%.
