Will the .WEB domain be relased at the same time as the other domains?
(I'm refering of the lawsuit with IODESIGN.) If IODDESIGN wins the suit
will the .WEB still be used or will the .WEB exist in a splinter of the
internet, like it does now.

Personally, I think the .WEB will be the most popular new domain.
Possibly more popular that .NET.
