RFC 97-03 Deadline Extended to December 5

The deadline for submission of comments to the iPOC Request for Comments
(RFC) Notice-97-03, "Proposed Trademark Dispute Resolution: Draft
Substantive Guidelines for Administrative Domain Name Challenge Panels"
(notice at http://www.gtld-mou.org/docs/rfcs.html#97-03; questions at
http://www.gtld-mou.org/docs/notice-97-03.html), had earlier been
extended from November 7 to November 21, 1997.

In response to a number of recent request, and to assure that there is
sufficient time for all relevant comments to be submitted, that deadline
has again been extended, from November 21 to December 5, 1997.

Comments may be submitted until December 5, preferrably in electronic
form to the following e-mail address: <notice-97-03@gtld-mou.org>.
If necessary, comments may be submitted in paper form to the address
listed below, and every effort will be made to post them on the Internet.
