PAB, ISOC, POC all made contributions. None of them have been
invited. I suspect that IANA (which also made comments) has not been
invited, either. However, the phrase is "are being". I expect my
invitation will arrive very soon :-).

I actually think that IANA should call a meeting. Monterey Bay would
be great as far as I am concerned, of course. Would you be
interested in working to put together such a meeting?

Another possibility is following the ISOC meeting in Geneva in July.
Much less convenient for us; much more convenient for european
participants.
But there is a lot of work to do, and many people must be involved.
So I suspect there will be many meetings.
