Doesn't make any difference at all to my interpretation. The
conclusion of your statement is that non-participants in the IFWP
process are not stakeholders. That is clearly invalid, and on its
face it amounts to a power grab on the part of the "IFWP process".
To put it another way, the "IFWP process" has anointed itself as the
sole representative of stakeholders in the new organization.
Let me be clear, Jay -- I am a stakeholder, and I don't want the IFWP
to represent me. If the IFWP has integrity behind its claims of
openness it will honor that point of view, realize that it cannot
represent all stakeholders, and deal with that simple fact.
