Regarding this meeting, the IFWP Steering Committee (I'm not sure who's in charge of it) haven't decided yet wether include it or not in the IFWP process or just make an informational session.

IMO, the Latin American Stakeholders need a lot of information regarding this topic (since the Jon postel draft in 1996), not only for the IFWP proccess.
