Following you request, your message has been forwarded to me. 

In addition to be involved in the gTLD-MoU, I am also a member of the
Sterring Committee of the IFWP and can publically assure that the IFWP has
not, in any way, asked anybody to conduct any research, as it is not within
the scope of the IFWP Steering Committe to order such research. I am,
nevertheless, copying this message to the members of the Sterring Committee
to see if you are known to any of them.

Please refrain from repeating such claim.
