PAB Europeans support IANA !

The European Panel of Participants (PoP) is the group of European companies
and associations who, with the help of the European Commission, are getting
together to discuss the Internet Governance issue, following the 7/7
Brussels conference

They have agreed that:

1) They will use the 3rd IANA draft bylaws as the basis for discussion and
will comment (as a group) on it as soon as possible, probably by next
Monday or Tuesday.

2) They do NOT support the meeting scheduled by the Berkman Center.
