I went to the site and read this:

"It is clear that a DNSO must be formed very quickly, and that there
needs to be wide participation."

I strongly agree "that there needs to be wide participation"...

But it is *not* clear "that a DNSO must be formed very quickly," in
light of the recent strong request by CENTRE that the process be slowed
down, and I do not agree with that part of the statement.
