It is almost frightening to think of the power, and ability Mr. Postel
wielded with such skill, and such complete authority granted him by those
involved in the Internet.

It is amazing to think that a single individual had full control of the
numbering system, and amazing to think he did it so well for so many years,
selflessly.

The world will morn, and the net may creak, but, few will forget.
