Re: PAB elections

My question(s) is/are:

If POC/PAB is going to continue to exist then we need a board, I have no
problems with extending the terms of those so inclined -- however, the
question is do we need a full board?  Based on our "charter" we have one
vacancy for a POC rep (I believe) and beyond Kent does anyone else desire
to continue?

If we do need a full board then some sort of election/appointment/whatever
should be done, if we don't then I think we can continue along with at
least Kent in place.
