Dear Ken:

I'm sorry I brought it up in the first place.  My overriding concern was
that the notarization requirement might be imposed upon the transfer
(portability) of a domain by one registrant from his registrar to a new
registrar.

I thought this matter had been taken care of for corenic.com, .org and .net
a long time ago.  It seemed to keep coming back to haunt us.
