PAB Non commercial gTLD for museums.

Dear Colleagues:

Back in the early days of PAB when I was Secretary (about August to
December 1997), there were many postings from a member in Sweden about the
need for a gTLD for museums.

That person's postings created a thread for which there was considerable
discussion.

My archives only go back to 1 January 1998.  Can anyone remember who that
was?  Is he, perhaps, still "on the line"?
