PSA pres release form WIPO the Final Report will be published on April 30, not
April 23 as previousy scheduled.

Well, a week will not change our lives, considering how many months and years
have we all already spent in this effort....

The date of the publication of the Final Report has been postponed.  The
new date will be Friday, April 30, 1999.  

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has
announced on April 21, 1999, the five companies that have been selected
to participate in the initial testbed phase of the Shared Registry
System for the .com, .org and .net top level domains.
