Marty Schwimmer sent a very clever letter to the domain-policy list.
I'm not sure what the legal implications are, but the possibilities
are rather interesting. I made a copy, substituted my name, and
sent it to <dont@netsol.com> and <bbur@ntia.doc.gov> -- it surely
couldn't hurt to have a few more of them on record...
